Any shop that drops your tranny and doesn't replace the pilot and throwout bearings when doing your clutch is a shop that I would not ever return to. The kit they installed came with it and should have been installed by their mechanic. The issue now is that the manager should have known this and instead tried to charge me for a new kit this week. When I threatened to sue them it go results. I got the jeep back, but they will not see me there again as they almost pulled a quick one.
I'm glad that it worked out for you - and it's unfortunate that you had to agitate to get the shop to do the right thing.
