Thank you Mr. Cotton, my wife and I were having this discussion in anticipation of our CHL class saturday. I mentioned this thread to her and we were able to talk through it. She was concerned about somebody seeing her (holstered) handgun in her purse if she opened it to retrieve her wallet or checkbook etc. This bill seems to cleanup the language-as you observed.Charles L.
