My understanding is that the "Unlicensed possession ...." sign is one of the two signs provided by TABC to those businesses they license to sell alcohol for off-premises comsumption or less than 50% for on-premises comsumption.Lucky45 wrote:Is it written somewhere that you have to be selling acohol to be able to use that TABC ..the unlicensed possession....sign???? My family and I just left the Santikos Silverado theater in the San Antonio/Helotes area. As stated earlier, the only sign is still the TABC required, "The unlicensed possession of ...." because the coffee shop (no longer Starbucks) serves alcoholic beverages.

I normally visit Santikos theaters in SAT. Not posted. The only posted sign I've seen inside is the TABC required standard sign, "The unlicensed possession of ..." because the Starbucks inside sells alcoholic beverages.
