The Kramer Confidant works VERY well. It is a T-shirt type of garmet with underarm pockets. One side will hold the pistol and the other can hold an extra magazine. Definately get the full length.

Someone would have to frisk you to detect your pistol. Absolutely no bulk except for the pistol itself. I carried a Glock 30 and a Makarov with it. While I don't have to wear business dress at work, I have carried at dressier parties for my wife's work. Extremely discreet. It is not really to access the weapon as you have to unbutton or rip open your shirt and disengage a small velcro strap, but it is MUCH faster that having to run out to the car. It is reasonably comfortable and the weight distribution is OK. In fact, the extra mag under the opposite arm helps to balance the load.

Give it serious consideration if you MUST be discreet.
