Although I have no personal experience with this gun it is kind of interesting how GunTests.com panned it. Maybe they just got a dud.

Andy, for what it's worth here is what GunTests.com said.
Initially, Sig’s P938 pleased us immensely, but as testing proceeded, we found it had tons of problems.
They flunked it. March 2013 issue. I have no personal experience with it.
