I saw no report as to whether the gun was holstered or not. Probably not but who knows. I saw no report that he did not have a LTC. Ideally any of us should be able to carry a gun in a backpack (the old 2A). Sometimes we make assumptions that are estimates. News reports are as we know not very accurate. In any event this may put a dent into his career. On the other hand the FBI agent that did the flip is still an FBI agent isn't he?
