I second the Mossbergs but if you just need one to get by and probably won't use much again, go with the Mossberg Maverick 88 Pump. Long Barrel for bird hunting goes for $179 at Academy or $189 for the Short Barrel for home defense. The Maverick 88 gets great reviews and holds 5 or 6 rounds. I am go...

Inexpensive, accurate and reliable as all get out.....oh and a blast to shoot. Hi-point 995TS 9mm Carbine. But even those have gone up in price.....nothing like the naughty guns though..lol.
