Just checked the DPS website.
'Background check under review'.
Mailed my docs in on 1-16.
Took 16 days from mailing it in to status change.
Meanwhile, the search for ammo continues.
No trips to the range until the shelves get restocked
And EVERYWHERE around here they are bare.

I submitted paperwork via snail mail on January 16, and have seen no change in status yet. I did the application online, then fingerprints, then the class. I did not get passport photos taken, the instructor in class said it was okay to use our drivers license photo, just write it on the application...
