I want to thank Mr. Cotton for posting the link to that Houston police townhall video. Even though I don't live anywhere near Houston, it was good to get a "big city police" perspective on the matter. Surprisingly, I found them to be very level-headed in their responses; not what I expected at all. Oh, and I believe the Chief said "concealed means concealed".
