I tried calling Austin yesterday, but all I can get is a recording, except finally I did get a voice mail. I left a message, no call back.
I emailed them a week ago, then they told me:
So I waited and emailed them yesterday (the 63rd day) their response was:"We did receive your application on 3/7/05; but at this time it is still
going through its regular processing. It takes about 60 days to process,
please give it more time. "
I dont even get an excuse from them. Just its 'still processing', leave us alone.Your application is still processing
This is so frustrating. And I can't get anyone on the phone, and whomever it is answering their email (I dont know who they are, as they don't care to sign their emails) doesn't seem to give a care in the world about me, or the law.
sorry I just need to vent a bit.
