I may be over thinking this, not sure. Im in the military, origionally from va. My father gave me guns while i lived in va. I joined the military now stationed in texas about to ets. Is a ffl transfer required or can i just go pick them up? Its basically like i am just moving to texas since thats where i plan to stay. I already have a texas chl.
