What's the big deal? I think by now most people know he's not the sharpest tool in the shed.

A wise old gringo once told me, "concealed is concealed." That kinda thinking will get you arrested in the 21st century. LEO now have the tech to scan you from hundreds of feet away and see through your clothes, basically do an invasive search without a warrant. http://gizmodo.com/5923980...

Re: Carrying On My Premises
Would the "carrying in a manner to cause alarm" thingie apply? .....meaning, you can open carry on your land until it causes your neighbor alarm? If openly carrying a handgun in a holster is displayed "in a manner calculated to alarm" then police would be arresting armed securit...

Just because something can happen doesn't mean it will happen. Many people win Lotto every year but that doesn't guarantee I will become a millionaire if I buy a ticket tomorrow.

Re: Work and Right of Protection
You didn't suggest people threaten to sue. You said they could sue. I think it's fair to ask how much the estate usually gets when a CHL is killed because of a policy that endangered their life. Do keep in mind that if a situation were to come up where you'd have to defend yourself and they had this...
