I did a search but I'm still confused/concerned. I mailed all the required items on the checklist page with the bar code. It did not say anything about affidavits. Am I missing something?

What I think I've learned from reading posts related to this is that affidavits are required for people who do not apply online. I applied online and mailed the required items.
