Its a decision I made when I applied for my CHL. If I have even the hint of alcohol on my breath, I absolutely will not carry. Not even if I only have a beer. OWB is more comfortable, but it takes very little for you to expose the pistol or holster. A strong breeze, bending over, whatever.
