New to forum.....1st post
I got an itch to check on things and called DPS to check in since website has not updated. Glad I did! They do not have my FAST Fingerprints showing as received. Took them last week. I had to provide my TCN number and date taken and they opened a support ticket to locate them.
They ask I call in tomorrow to follow up. Great! Another 45 minutes on hold
