My status changed to mailed last Friday 15 March. How long is the typical wait time for mail to travel from Austin to Amarillo? If they had called I would have driven down and picked it up!

If I don't have my Pistol instructors certification will the DPS CHL Instructors class cover this? Thanks. It's been a couple of weeks since I sent my paperwork in but I have no idea if they (DPS) received it or not.

I did not request/send my paperwork in using priority mail or receipt request back to me. Was this a mistake? I, like many others, check multiple times a day a looking for an update but none so far.
