In 9mm, it comes in 10 - 50 round boxes. For a while, it was just 50 loose rounds in cardboard boxes with a note saying their plastic bullet divider thingy manufacturer couldn't keep up with their demand.

Lately it's been back to 50 round boxes with the plastic bullet divider thingy's.

I'm sure it's this way for most (all) pistol rounds. I haven't bought any rifle ammo from them so can't answer if that's what you're after.

I was in the area of the store a couple of days ago so I decided to make a visit. (went to the Gander Mountain as well) The shelves weren't bare, but supplies varied by caliber. The had a lot of .45 and 9mm bullets in stock, I think they had some .38/.357 as well. The prices on their products were good as well as some of the more popular low end ammo ( wolf, tula), but name brand shotgun shell prices were nothing great; Academy and WalMart are cheaper. The clerk didn't acknowledge us when we entered or left and stayed on the phone the whole time. Strictly self serve and cash only.
Last time I bought in their store I used a credit card. Have they changed to be cash only now?

Thanks.

Re: Anyone use Freedom munitions?

I've used their 9mm as well. More than 1000 rounds. No issues.

I've ordered from them on line and also visited their store off of 290 in Houston (they often have things in stock at the store that are shown as out of stock on their website).

My buddy has used their 5.56 as well (not sure of round count) and reports no issues.

Sorry I can't help you in the calibers you asked about.
