Re: Anybody else order a Crossbreed holster lately?
The holster arrived this morning. I gotta say, it's pretty sweet. Very happy so far with holster. The wait was just a little ridiculous. Ordered Feb 15. Delivered April 24th.

I wish I would have gone with them instead... They have awesome kydex options.paustin wrote:I ended up buying White Hat Holster (out of Ft Worth, TX). They say a few weeks vs a few months wait time on Cross. Ordered last week--so will review as soon as it comes in.

Re: Anybody else order a Crossbreed holster lately?
I emailed them recently and they told me that they no longer use the system of tracking on their page. They just send you email confirming the ship with a tracking number. They no longer update your account on the website. It's just the email.n5wmk wrote:I've ordered my second Crossbreed. First was for my S&W M&P 9. That was ordered on Sept 9, 2012. Got it in about 3-4 weeks, IRRC.
Ordered one for my XD Tactical on Feb 15, but haven't received it yet.
But looking at the shipping info, they show the status on my first one (already received) as "Not Yet Shipped".....
But we're in the same boat, I too ordered mine the 15th. Hope we get our emails soon.

Re: Anybody else order a Crossbreed holster lately?
Well I'm not gonna buy another holster just cause the one I've already purchased is taking forever. Haha. That would make the whole choosing crossbreed over minotaur to save money redundant.

And that's exactly why I went Crossbreed. It was just a name that kept coming up. Everyone loves theirs. So why not start with the best? It just seems like a waste of money to buy all these different holsters.Mx217 wrote:Fawbis wrote:Price mainly. As a college student that 30 extra dollars is a big deal. What made you decide against CompTac? I absolutley love my MTAC, it's more adjustable than the supertuck(retention, cant and ride height). Not to mention you would have probably received it way before February ended as their production time is only 5 days and they are located around the Houston area, which means fast shipping for us Texans!
I hear you on that one. I was under the assumption that they were around the same price. You're right I've heard that crossbreed's are some of the most comfortable IWB holsters you can get! I feel bad for everybody that says "you have to try out so many holsters before you find the right one", well if you choose crossbreed or comptac for your first one you won't have to worry about that!
Also, I emailed them today. They said they're still shipping orders from mid January. Looks like I'll be waiting a good while. Procrastination will be the death of me.

I emailed them last week (about the 5 1/2 week mark) and got a quick response back. He said they were shipping orders from 1/12 and were running about 6 1/2 weeks on shipping with another 3 or 4 days to arrive once it is shipped.
I figure I will get mine in another week or two.
Wow. Well this is depressing.

Anybody else order a Crossbreed holster lately?
I ordered mine the 15th of February and according to their site it still hasn't shipped. I know they say allow 4-6 weeks for delivery, but I feel just like I did when I was checking the DPS website twice daily for updates on my CHL status. Until then I'm stuck with a cheap Uncle Mikes IWB holster.
