I'm just guessing here, but I would assume it will probably depend on where the classes are held. Many classes are held at city owned facilities and I would be willing to bet that TEEX can't over ride that part of the law. Now classes held on a college campus or TEEX facility, your guess is as good as mine. I just took a class at the TEEX facility in Mesquite a few weeks ago and left mine (secured) in my vehicle. No signs posted, but didn't want to hassle with if it was actually considered "a college campus" or whatever.SRO1911 wrote:Any information regarding TEEX courses?
I've been to more than a few on the last couple years - some on Aggie property, some elsewhere.

I have no problem with that.....as long as they think the same as I do.mojo84 wrote:I'm curious about the selection process and qualifications of the folks selected to be on the committee. Most of the time it seems these committees are made up of like minded people with views similar to the one organizing the issue.
Just like school bond issues, the committee is usually not a bunch of people with different views on the subject. It's usually comprised of like minded people assembled to help sell the issue to the public. In my opinion, people asking for opinions and feedback seldom want it if it is a dissenting opinion.
