Mailed - 4/23/13

Even accounting for them using Bulk Rate postage instead of First Class, taking four business days to get a letter from Austin to McKinney is a feat of incompetence only the USPS could off.

Now I'm just waiting for plastic.

Just checked status and it's still shows awaiting documentation. Given the timelines I've seen here, I'd guess March 12ish before the docs show received.
