Not exactly.

21 days said Mayor Fenty...and we have yet to read the rules he will require for obtaining a PERMIT.

Then you would have to find a gun store/FFL -- there don't seem to be any that would be useful. See my post elsewhere about the SIX supposed FFLs in DC.

No ruling on DC v Heller for Monday, June 23rd.

Last opinion remaining from March is Heller and the only Justice without an opinion from that session is Scalia.

Scalia would likely be the most favorable for RKBA rights if he rights the opinion -- while they all have to "agree" the writer controls much of the tone and specifics.

Next opinions: 10 AM Wednesday June 25th. Quite possibly there will be opinions released on Thursday if any remain then.

Might be today, June 19th, or within 1 Week -- and counting.

10 AM Eastern time June 19th, Then Mon June 23rd, then later in the week (prob Thur) but then the session ends.

Usually opinions are released on Monday, but they have scheduled another release for Thursday.
