I think on the first quote I thought you were referring to the OP and I see that you probably meant the visitor. Now maybe I misread what the OP wants but it seemed to be more than just keeping the guns from the visitors hands to documenting that even he, the OP I mean, didn't have access to firearms. As such it seems to me the guns either need to be out of the control of the OP or have their location documented and secured the whole time that this is a concern.

You have to be a member but that is like 10 bucks or something stupid like that...

I knew there had to be someplace. You can still have access and shoot when you want but also a record of where all your guns are.
Sounds like a winner if you don't have to many guns.

It does show in good faith that they were removed as well

I would also take photos of the guns in the unit, as well as record (if you haven't already) all of the gun details

Make/model/serial number/caliber, etc

IDK I got the idea that the OP wanted something more than just a place to lock his guns away. He wanted conclusive proof that there was no access to guns at his house. I think to show that, and I don't know why he wants to show that or if it's something that really needs to be done, the guns need to be under someone else control. Locking them in a storage that he rented, that he has access to, maybe it's me but that doesn't seem to fit the bill. Now if he he gave the guns to someone else to secure and they got the storage? Perhaps one of those self storage containers. They drop off and you fill it up then they take it away. You wouldn't be able to get it back without delivery and paperwork showing it and you wouldn't have to worry about the transportation aspects.

Pawn them. Up north it wasn't uncommon for people to "Pawn" their rifles between seasons so they would be locked and secure in the off season. You don't need to pawn full value, talk with the shop and figure an amount that the'll be happy with and doesn't cost you to much. You will have a record with the shop on every gun you own but if that's not an issue...

My other suggestion would be a gun range or club with an FFL could also provide storage , I know some do for type III weapons owned by members so why not other guns?
