An easy way to convert your email conformation is to print to PDF, save where you can find it when ready to upload.
Just a note to the above........ once you browse and find your file.... MAKE SURE you hit the UPLOAD button first, then the SUBMIT or it will not load the file and you'll get a return email saying you forgot to attach the file.
