For those who may have some memories that have escaped them, for a nominal fee you can acquire access to the DPS criminal database. Seems to me it would be good to check it out before you fill out your application.


a lie is deception, an omission can be done with intent to deceive or by mistake. with a 22 year window between I personally would ask for final disposition, and as long as you were not convicted I would issue it. If you were convicted I would make ya wait the requisite time and reapply. That being said, I'm just joe blow, and have no idea how the DPS will handle your case. Just my .02 (which is worse far less)
