Well there is that. I just know that people that will act like that might not like losing an encounter. The most likely response from the aggressor here (after he cleans up and changes his underwear) is that he'll reconsider the wisdom of his actions and refrain from creating similar situations in the future which might end more decisively and less in his favor than this one did.
