Re: TX: brass knuckles, kitty keychain etc ban lifted...
I am guessing that batons will be legal as they are seen as clubs now. Anyone hear anything different?

Re: Help with wife
I have not been on the forum for a few years and found this thread. I must say that it has been strange reading some of the old stuff. My wife has come around to where she no longer asks if I'm going to carry or if I am carrying. I got to the point that I just carried and worried about what she woul...

Re: Pictures Of Your Daily Carry
I carry one sometimes. It is a big gun, so sometimes I can not get it to hide, or I just think that I can not. But if I could I would carry it 24/7.matrxx wrote:looks like no one carry HK USP 45, or................tactical,I saw once .I'm not joking.

Re: Mr. Cooper, say it isn't so.
My letter to Mr. Cooper going out today by snailmail for maximum impact: Byron Dickens [address] Dan Cooper, Cooper Firearms of Montana P.O. Box 114, Stevensville, MT 59870 Mr. Cooper: I am sorely disappointed to discover that you, as a firearms manufacturer and NRA member, would support Barack Oba...

Re: Why I, and you, should carry a BUG.
I am for carrying a bug, and I do myself sometimes. Now as for carrying it so that I can hand it off to someone else and letting that decide what I carry as the bug. I am not for that. I agree with HV, I am only going to hand off to my wife.

Re: Total Gun Ban. What would you do if....?
Suppose the feds banned all private ownership and possession of all firearms. What would you do and why? Where would you go and why? To quote many, but most lately, Charlton Heston "From my cold dead hands...." I dont think that it...

Re: Dallas Super 8 30.06 sign....wierd place to put it
Thanks all for that. I had did not think about that. I understand now. I am just so used to it being on or next to the door, thats now the only place that I look for them. I will have to keep my eyes open more when I go inside of the building. But, I guess that if I dont keep them open and I never s...

Re: Anyone know a shrink?
Some interesting input, but it misses the point. I'm looking for a reccomendation for a Second-Amendment friendly psychiatrist, knowing that many of those guys tend to be left-leaning. I would check with your insurance to see who they cover you to go see. Then go talk to them, but not tell them why...

Re: Dallas Super 8 30.06 sign....wierd place to put it
In my opinion that is pretty conspicuous. Good Choice to not patronize the establishment. I think I would have pointed to the sign and said something to the effect "You prohibit law abiding citizens from the right to protect themselves, what have to done to prevent those who care nothing about...

Re: 30.06 removed, gone, not there anymore
That leads me to a question. Since the sign is gone, does that mean that people can not carry in that building? Or since there was a sign is the building still off limits to those that saw the sign? I would hope that it means that the building is now open to carry.

I say turn it in to the police. As someone who has had family have guns stolen from them. We would love to get them back. Plus as said above, it the right thing to do.
