I have heard good things about the Load-All. The instructions for my Lee press and other equipment were pretty good, I imagine the same is true for the Load-All. You can download an electronic version here:

I talked to a co-worker who reloads shotshells, and he says that the RCBS book is really good. It also has great reviews on Midway:

My understanding that shotshell reloading is pretty simple and easy. The only real variables seem to be powder, shot type, and shell length - no worrying about seating depth and whatnot.
