Long story short--They recieved my application 4/18/07--my 2nd attempt
Today as of 7:55a.m. the website says
"Application Completed - license issued or certificate active"
As of yesterday, Sunday, it was still processing!!!
It's a good thing the mail only comes once a day, or i'd be checking it like i hit refresh!!!
