I browsed the website for that 3 Speed Holster and love the concept. But although they say it is suitable for wear at all positions, it really seems to be primarily for belly carry. Given that I am not a skinny guy, and have a bit of a Fupa, I doubt I could carry my XD40 Service comfortably in that.

I bought a Harwell Holsters tuckable (same basic design as the Crossbreed Supertuck) and have been happy with it so far. Granted, my CHL just arrived last week, so I have only been using it for about 5 days now. Carrying at 3 o'clock 8-10 hours a day so far, and not bad at all. I haven't bought a sturdier gun belt yet, although my normal belt is a little thicker and sturdier than most normal belts.

I also have a Sig P238 that I bought for pocket carry, and before buying the Harwell holster for my XD I really did not think I would be comfortable carrying the full size pistol IWB. I was very wrong. I am now shopping for a better belt and look forward to it improving comfort even more. The holster is even more comfortable at the 4-5 o'clock position (as in, I can barely tell it's there), but I like to carry my wallet in my right rear pocket, and they conflict. I also get a lot more printing at 4-5 o'clock vs 3 o'clock, where there is virtually none. Also worth noting, at 3 o'clock, were I to try and tuck, I think the bulge in my waistline / belt area would be noticeable. Fortunately I dress casual at work and usually wear jeans and an untucked button down, which is perfect.

Incidentally, for anyone looking for an IWB tuckable holster, I would recommend the Harwell. At least based on my minimal experience so far. It's at roughly the same price point as the Crossbreed (I paid $59 shipped) but they don't take 6 weeks to arrive. I ordered mine last Monday (4/22) and it was at my door Friday (4/26). They do not have the Horsehide option, which I understand is preferable in the heat, but I was ok with giving this a shot. Even if it only lasts a year or two, I am still okay with it based on the price.

I bought a cheap pocket holster for my Sig, which works well, but I have found that the end of the magazine is visible when wearing normal cargo shorts. That is just because of the cut of the pocket. It works perfectly in jeans (assuming you have good sized pockets).
