It is, really...they can fire you for anything or nothing. The reasons for the fire only come into play when they want to deny you unemployment benefits...company policies are written as to how much they want to deal with in this regard, but the law doesn't dictate it to them.bdickens wrote:nightmare69 wrote:Remember also, Texas is a "at will" state.
