As I stated in my first post, when you get a good one, it is real good. BUT when you get a bad one it is real bad. Based on the posts on this subject, I hold that to still be true.

I cannot speak about current quality. I have had 2 Kimbers some years ago and both had problems even after being returned to the factory. In fact they reimbursed my money for one. Back then, if you got a good one it was real good but if you got a bad one it was real bad. I have friends that swear by them and that's all they will carry.
Again, not sure about now.
