Yep, no mention of the dagger restriction changing in the new legislation. Also, you need to watch out for cities with their own restrictions against automatic knives. I have a Sog-Tac automatic on its way from BladeHQ. They didn't require anything stating that I am leo/mil, and shipped it USPS Priority. I intend on carrying it while at work. Why?.... because I can
