Yep, no mention of the dagger restriction changing in the new legislation. Also, you need to watch out for cities with their own restrictions against automatic knives. Ive been told that San Antonio has laws restricting them, though I haven't looked into it any further.

I have a Sog-Tac automatic on its way from BladeHQ. They didn't require anything stating that I am leo/mil, and shipped it USPS Priority. I intend on carrying it while at work. Why?.... because I can :txflag: If the line of work I'm in reasonably allowed me to carry a firearm, I would do so. But it doesn't,so a good knife is better than nothing.
