Will do, appreciate the replies. In relation to the sign, I thought it had to be on the door as you walk in?

I10 utsa Blvd right before 1604. Blows my mind that someplace with a majority of revenue from a drive through is 51%.

Taco Palenque 51%?
Had one open nearby to where I live. I go to Laredo quite a bit so was familiar with the chain. Little bit pricy but I prefer it over taco cabana. Anyway I've been inside 3 or 4 times and never saw any types of signs at any of them. My son chose and odd seat where I happened to notice a 51% sign hig...

Re: Shooting at Twin Peaks in Waco
Most of the time I dont feel the need to post here which is why I read and seldom post. I feel strongly enough that there is a lot wrong with everything that is being reported on this issue and am slightly confused at the overall sentiment on this forum. What I do know is I am a law abiding citizen,...

Re: 12/6/14 - LEO tries to delete video of him confronting O
Not sure what an ID is.. I have a license to operate a motor vehicle (drivers license) that is issued by the state and defined in the transportation code. It is not personal identification, passport, visa, green card, or anything else. I can obtain a separate card which says identification but I am ...

Miss those guys.. Torn zippers on the windows during the German winters.. Disconnecting the wire to the heater valve because someone outgrew his rank.. Removing the rubber grommets that kept the stainless fuel lines from beating on the frame deafening everyone inside.. The one bolt that held the fro...

Re: Mall security and right to physically detain you
I think the real point here is a stores loss prevention policy. No one is going to hire a private security guard who is going to physically detain you and hand cuff you over merchandise of almost any value. Everyone realizes this is not a money saving endeavor. If you are stopped there is a 100% cha...

Re: Oilfield Prohibition of Firearms.
Im glad you posted this as I guess I wasnt clear on what the law was either.. To further confuse things, farmer Joe may not own the mineral rights and therefore does not have a mineral lease. What he does own is a surface agreement with monetary penalties to the leasing company. So this law does pro...

Re: Oilfield Prohibition of Firearms.
This is unbelievably grey. The firearm restrictions on those signs come directly from the land owner land lease agreement and not the company so I would say are unenforceable under that law. There are others I travel to that have enforceable company restrictions and do active searches of vehicles wh...

Just went through this same scenario with my mother. Only two things she could operate without a hitch were the youth model 20 gauge pump and the carbine kit for the sig pistols.

San Antonio and the lock blade law was exactly what I was going to ask. I had thought I was fine carrying a lock blade with a ccw? This is one law we need to get off the books here. I would sure hate to fall into a circumstance over something so trivial.

Just bought the exact same rifle for my daughter as a Christmas gift. Pairing it with a buckmaster scope. Glad to see your review.

I don't post much here as I normally just lurk and stay current on news and laws, but I figure I had to chime in on this. As a sport bike rider, I have a very good understanding of how you will be treated by the leo community. You are at fault period.. A car runs you over and drives off? Your fault ...
