DRAT!! I was pretty $%^& sure that I included my class cert in my packet; not sure what happened there. Good news is that I kept a copy and can provide it via the upload system. Helpful lady on the phone at DPS even gave me my _future_ CHL number to use for the upload.
) a renewal CHL-100 when I finished my new license class. Instructor made it right at the earliest opportunity, and I uploaded a PDF of the corrected document that night.
