HB 3030 - Reporting for Federal Firearms Background Check

Requires prompt (same day, within 4 hours) reporting to the Federal government of conditions that would make a person ineligible to own or purchase a firearm including

* Felony conviction or deferred adjudication
* Family violence misdemeanor conviction or deferred adjudication
* Family protective order
* Family violence protective order

Current reporting time is within 30 days.
