Re: ISIS Mall Attack - How can we prepare?
In a situation like that, my weapons are for exfil only. A society that decides to license and tax my RKBA is unworthy of those arms in its defense. I'm not sure I understand. This thread is about a terrorist attack in a mall. It means I plan to use my weapons to get me and mine to safety. I may ne...

Re: DPS categorized me as unfit to carry when I'm not
Wow.. I'd say you have action against the hospital, but that the government "mostly" did their job based on the information that they had. Sorry that such happened to you. I agree, notification of "unfit" status would be nice - or some ability to query on status... . I agree. If...

Re: Got "jugged" today
To combat this sort of thing I have the Home on my GPS set to the local PD station, and I've drilled it in to my wife, if you even think you are being followed, drive straight to the police station. I hadn't thought of that, although I haven't used my actual GPS for a couple of years at least..... ...

the strong lobbying arm of security firms who were afraid they were going to lose some of the easiest money they make. I'm opposed to loopholes for special interest groups. If it's a bad law, repeal it for everyone. it's a law FOR a special interest group! in that case, the argument is even stronge...

Yes but as the police reportedly told the con artist's victims, that's a civil matter.Jumping Frog wrote:Tenants have rights in Texas, just like they have rights in California and other states.

Re: Question about carrying in car concealed...
New guy here...hopefully this hasn't been answered. I scanned the group but didn't see anything addressing it. Here's the question: I have a CHL. If I'm pulled over but my gun is concealed in the console and not on my person, is it required of me to still show my CHL to the officer? Yes, because th...

Virginia is pro gun and unlicensed carry is legal if you don't hide the gun. You can get a Virginia license pretty easily once you're there, assuming a clean record, if you want the option to carry a hidden gun. http://www.vsp.state.va.us/Firearms_ResidentConcealed.shtm" onclick="window.op...

Re: Why rob a store, just car jack a UPS truck.
Could they be prepping for a Christmas high-jacking? :confused5 Maybe UPS should allow their drivers to go around armed :fire If I was a UPS driver and someone pulled a gun they can have the truck regardless if I'm armed or not. I would use the firearm to protect my life, but not a truck full of ot...
