I would agree that "College of Medicine" is different than "Teaching Hospital" WRT CHL applicability. Thanks for clarifying that, and it makes me even more sure that the Georgetown hospital is not a College of Medicine.

To the best of my knowledge... no it is not an academic medical institution. And the "teaching hospital" think has been debated here before - I came down on the "not a school" side of it.

Neither of these have case law AFAIK.

I have a good friend who works with GTPD. I still say it is one that I would take the chance on.
