Well it turns out DPS misplaced my CHL-100 but luckily my instructor made a copy and was able to email it to DPS, as an offer of good faith DPS expedited my docs and sent my license out to print, barring any unforeseen circumstances it should arrive in the mail next week! awesome.

The odd thing is I am sure I submitted it, I mailed both my wife an i's separately. I guess ill have to get ahold of the instructor and resubmit it. I sent the original.

I just checked the status of my chl and see these two items with red X's, does anyone know what this means? im certain I submitted EVERYTHING. thanks!

Quick question for the experts out there. I have an unpaid traffic camera ticket that was intentionally left unpaid because of personal beliefs, would that disqualify me from obtaining a CHL? Ive asked a Texas local expert/ instructor and he doesn't think it would. Any info would be much appreciated...
