Only difference b/t the two is the buckle. I concur with everyone on the need for a good belt and good holster. However, you don't need a custom leather shop for either. I've had good luck with Galco and Desantis products, and both are reasonably priced. I also like the belts from Wilderness Tactical. I've had both my Frequent Flyer belts (5-stitch) for 5+ years with little wear & no loss in support.
