Finally, this morning as I was told by one of you.. it has been MAILED!!!
It took a total of 19 calendar days from the day they received the docs to mail status or just 4 days from the first web update with BC under review to mailed status..
Wow I'm so happy!

I just checked my status and it now shows:
BC: competed
CHL: Manufacturing pending
What that means? Are they going to produce the card or what?
It looks 72 hours to change from BC" under review" to "completed"
Please advise me....

My friend got her CHL in just 24 days....
I hope get mine soon too....I have a road trip to Destin,FL on the 27th and want to have it for that trip...otherwise, I will only carry in my car as today...
