And AFAIK, there's no real way to get off the list if you're put on it by mistake... not to mention that list will grow exponentially as people search for either a back pack or a pressure cooker
(basically giving them an easy out to add enough people to the list so they can just ban guns period) they're going to keep chipping away one little bill at a time until they have enough for the whole enchilada
