Thanks. The plan is to fire up the smoker and cook the ribs and loins this weekend along with some other store-bought pork products.

Should be picking up the loins and breakfast sausage this weekend. I screwed up and forgot to tell the processor to keep the shoulders/butts separate for the smoker rather than putting them in sausage. DOH!
