I got my CHL on Tuesday. Curious why the DPS site still shows "Received" for application and it is highlighted yellow, while everything else is green? Does that status or color ever change?

From what I've seen, we should have plastic in hand in a week or so. We'll be among the faster turnaround times. I think it got slow for DPS as there will be a rush in September with the new rules kicking in. We probably picked a good time.ntxengineer wrote:Manufacture Pending for me as well. Submitted on August 4th so this whole process was much quicker that I could have imagined. I was hoping I would have my plastic in hand prior to my B-Day at the end of September.

Mailed mine on August 5th. Yesterday was pending background check. Woke up today and background check is now good. 1 day background check was all they needed for me. Just waiting for them to print and mail. I may have lucked out and got one of the fastest turnaround times.
