Well it's the principle that they are trying to disenfranchise and shut out perfectly fine law abiding citizens. That's what bothers me.

Ya, from a little searching I learned you have to use a buffer tube that can't accept a stock. And you can't have vertical fore grips. I was just curious of registration / stamps / applications.
