“Just because someone decides to get an education shouldn’t mean their right to self-defense ends,” said Parten.

Re: Receiving a gun after repair
Had my Smith repaired, and the same gun shipped straight back to my house.
Had a Kahr sent to be repaired, and the frame had to be replaced, and had to be shipped to my FFL
due to the new frame being considered a new gun.

Re: Suggestions for a comfortable IWB for Glock 19
Stealthgear is by far the most comfortable IWB I have worn. I wish I would have bit the bullet, and bought it before the other 5 or 6 I tried.

I think you should carry as much ammo as YOU can comfortably. What constitutes comfort is up to you. Personally I carry 13+1 in the gun, and 2 additional 16 rd mags.

Re: Recommendations on a Glock 27 iwb holster
Also, you may like the Desantis or Galco tuckable leather holsters. Small, lightweight, inexpensive, effective. I'm not real crazy about how my Glocks fit, but I have one for my LCR and love it. Nice quick attach clips, so I can grab and go when I'm just running a quick errand. This is what I carry...

Makes all the difference
Well I finally received my license in the mail yesterday, and today is the first day of freedom! Two things on the forum that made all the difference to me were: carrying around the house while I waited to receive my freedom card. I went through several holsters as well as ways to carry. I realized ...

Re: Poll: Spouse's Feelings On Carrying
My wife got her CHL. She has never carried. I bought her an LCR, and a LC9 along with several different holsters to encourage her to carry.
Oh well at least "we" got two new guns added to the collection.
