Thursday, Sept 12: Sent all information in by regular mail. Thursday, Oct 10: All completed and in "manufacture". FYI, there was no change in my Status from the time I sent it in until it was shown as completed and in manufacture. Good job Texas! Wish the Feds were as efficient as Texas.
