I don't know what to think about this situation and I will try to reserve judgement because idk what I would do but imo the rr driver didn't have to run over the guy on the motorcycle which amplified the situation. I think the bikers were out of line for surrounding the rr in the beginning of the video but we don't know what happened before that, maybe the rr driver was tailgating the bikers or acting aggressively towards them and them surrounding them was payback.

Really? You don't think the guy has the right to flee from an angry mob of thirty plus that has just forced him to stop and is surrounding his vehicle? If the motorcycle rider hadn't forced the guy to stop by getting in front of him and stopping, he wouldn't have been in a position to get ran over. Also, the SUV driver wouldn't have needed to flee. The guy brought it on himself.
I just went back and re-watched the video and my view has changed because of the the 1st guy on the mc that jumped in front of him and intentionally braked so the rr had to do what he had to do. And even tho I know this happened in NY I'm watching it through Texas eyes, if I was in that situation after being surrounded I probably would've pulled my pistol hoping to clear out the bikers and honestly if they started beating on my car I most likely would've shot. Idk if shooting would've been better or worst but I just hate to hear the guy is now paralyzed and from the media report I saw he was trying to be something of a peacemaker in the situation. In life you have to deal with consequences and the guy that got ran over choose to continue riding with the bikers after they started acting aggressively so I guess he's going to have to deal with that.
