Clean then carry. If I fired it first I would have to clean it again.

Re: Quick application question
" Applying for my 21 year old son " ? Yes. Helping my son fill out his application on-line. So it would seem my question still stands. Why does the application state have you ever been "charged with a crime?" Technically aren't you "charged with a crime" when you are i...

Quick application question
Applying for my 21 year old son. He has never been arrested but does have a Minor in Possession of alcohol. The criminal history question reads have you ever been arrested or charged with a crime.
He was merely issued a ticket for the MIP.
How does that need to be answered in this case?

Re: Chl application question help!
Minor in Consumption is a Class C Misdemeanor, and does not count Your Class B Misdemeanor conviction date needs to be more than 5 years ago. Probation dates don't matter. So, if you are more than 5 years past the court date, and have nothing else to report, you should be good to go. Welcome to the...

Re: hello! new to forum with a few ?'s
New here and have been searching for an answer to a question I have but so far no luck. Well my question is that if I have a possession of marijuana under 2 oz charge (from back in 09 that was barely closed last year 2013) will that disqualify me from being able to receive a chl? If you sat the 2 w...

Re: If you're in New Mexico, be careful about how you stand.
Great.....so a police officer can abuse a citizen most horrifically and the city can pay and they get to keep their jobs. :banghead: :mad5 Some of them even get a new job with the FBI, even though they're getting a $52,000 a year pension for "disability." http://www.bostonglobe.com/metro/...

Re: hello! new to forum with a few ?'s
Just because you sat for only two weeks doesn't mean much really. You need to know exactly what the charge was to know what you were convicted of in order to answer your question. you can most likely look it up on your county website. Good luck and welcome to the forum. This is a great resource to l...

Re: hello! new to forum with a few ?'s
I believe a class B or class a misdemeanor is a disqualifyer for five years from the date of disposition. As long as the maximum sentence you could've received is 1year or less.
