Private is open to the public and public is private.
My house is private but is not open to the public, unless it is by your definition of private, in which case it is public??
What I have on my person is my business and no one else's. What I carry is no one's business. Mine alone. All other's rights end where my person exists. If the doors are open to everyone (PUBLIC) then the owner cannot tell me what not to carry on MY PERSON.
