I'm a recent refugee from CA. I submitted my package online and was received on 7/23/2013 and I am still waiting on BG check, etc. Waiting a long time in TX is better than a NEVER in CA!!!!!

I submitted my app 07/23/2013 @ 9:01 PM and I am still waiting as of 10/31/2013. I moved here from a very large western state in March, so my change of residency could be slowing things down...
